I mentioned this new app over at the newsletter<\/a> but it deserves a mention on the legacy blog.<\/p>\n

CVESky<\/a> is a tool to explore CVE chatter on Bluesky. At work, we’re ingesting the Bluesky Jetstream<\/a> and watching for CVE chatter, excluding daft bots that just regurgitate new NVD CVEs.<\/p>\n

There are six cards for the current and past five days of chatter, with CVEs displayed in descending order of activity. Tapping on a CVE provides details, and the ability to explore the CVE on Bluesky, Feedly, CIRCL’s Vuln Lookup, and \u2014 if present in our data \u2014 GreyNoise.<\/p>\n

At the bottom of the page is a 30-day heatmap of CVE chatter. Tap on any populated square to see all the Bluesky chatter for that CVE.<\/p>\n

This is similar to, but slightly different to the most excellent CVE Crowd<\/a>, which monitors the Mastodonverse for CVE chatter.<\/p>\n

The code behind the site also maintains a Bluesky list<\/a> containing all the folks who chatter about CVEs on Bluesky.<\/p>\n
